When the Way Forward is Difficult to See
Deep peace of the dark STURGEON moon to you
Learn the sound of your inner voice
Do you want to hear your inner voice more clearly? It can be so hard to do when there are loud external voices, trying to influence us, or even trying to keep us safe. But if you’re ready to reacquaint yourself with your own inner wild one, I would love to support you. Together we can unpack old stories, experiment with new and old practices, and start taking steps outside of your comfort zone.

Owning & Honing our Extrasensory Abilities
Sturgeon are giant, ancient animals that shared the planet with the dinosaurs 120 million years ago. They live long, slow lives, feeding on fish and crustaceans at the bottom of the sea, rivers, and lakes. They are fish without scales. Instead, they have skin like shark skin and panels called scutes, like a pangolin.
Sturgeon are sensitive animals. They live in the deep darkness so they don’t use their eyes to hunt and feed. They use receptors on their heads, including their adorable whiskers (they’re not really whiskers), to sense electric and chemical signals that tell them about their environment.
So on this, the dark sturgeon moon, I invite us to explore our extrasensory abilities and tap into our intuition as we seek what nourishes us. To connect with our intuition when the way forward is difficult to see.

Reflect
Where do you feel your intuition speaking to you or trying to get your attention in your body?
What are some things that help you lean into trusting your intuition or inner wisdom?
Is there any place your intuition is nudging you toward in this season?
Who are the people around you that encourage you to trust yourself?
